Informational Tax Invoice – Kenya

Use the Tax Invoice tab to print the informational tax invoice in Kenya.
The invoice displays address of the property and guest name, reference number, local currency (KES), guest currency (USD), cashier name, Arrival and Departure date of the guest. The invoice also includes Payer Information such as Payer Name, Contract Name, Payer Tax ID, and Payer Company ID. The invoice details and tax summary displays the amount in local currency (KES) and in guest currency (USD). The text ‘This is not a VAT Invoice’ is included in the informational tax invoice to indicate that this is not the final tax invoice. Also, in the invoice details and tax summary section the amounts are represented in the local currency (KES) and in guest currency (USD).
Note: 
  • The OPT_HIDEZEROVATZERO optional report parameter must be enabled to exclude the records with null tax value.
  • The TAXIIO property parameter must be set to BJKEII.
  • The SEL_FOOTER optional report parameter can be enabled to include the footer section.
  • When a duplicate copy of the invoice is printed, the ‘Copy’ text is appended to the invoice header.
