Folio Receipt

Use the Folio Receipt screen to print folio report for Japan.

This report includes summary of the sub-folio total which is printed during the payment and check-out of the guest. The report also displays the Japanese stamp logo and has a placeholder to paste the revenue stamp.

The report also includes Registration Number based on the GSTREGNUMBER property parameter and details of the calculated tax in the Tax Summary section.
Note: 
  • You must specify BJJPFR in the FOLIORECEIPT property parameter to print this report.
  • You must specify the URL of the stamp logo in the FOLIOSTAMPLOGO property parameter to display the stamp in the report.
  • You must specify the URL of the footer banner image in the FOLIOFOOTERBANNER property parameter to include footer in the report.
  • You must specify the service charge transaction codes in the SERVICECHARGETRANSACTIONS property parameter to identify the service charge that are defined for hotels in Japan.
