AR Recurring Charges Template
You can use the AR Recurring Charges Template form to create templates for transaction codes related to the configured billing rules.
The AR Recurring Charges Template form can be used to:
- Create templates that are associated to an A/R Account.
- This is not part of the Template but part of the A/R Account.
- View transaction details such as billing frequency, the start and end dates, and amount.
This functionality is useful for hotels that provide membership (such as golf club membership) based on the chargeable monthly fee. An A/R account is maintained for each member and the monthly billing/invoicing is processed for this account.
