Generating Housekeeping Room Status Report
To generate this report:
- Select Administration > Reports > Housekeeping > Housekeeping Room Status Report Report.
 - 
				Specify this information in the Report Parameter section: 
				
- Property
 - The property code for which the report is
								generated. This value is defaulted with the session property. Note: You can select and modify multiple property codes.
 - Housekeeper Name
 - The name of the housekeeper. The details of this housekeeper are included in the report.
 - Room status
 - The status code of the room such as clean, dirty, inspect, turn down or pick.
 - Housekeeping Status
 - The housekeeping status code such as manual room hold, occupied, out of service or vacant.
 - Floor
 - The floor code assigned to the room.
 - Building
 - The building code assigned to the room.
 - Loyalty Program
 - The code of the rewards program name associated to the guest.
 - Loyalty Level
 - The loyalty level associated with the guest.
 
 - 
				Review this information in the Report Options section: 
				
- Include Guest Name
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the Guest Name, VIP and Loyalty fields.
 - Include Suite Rooms
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the rooms configured as a Suite in the Guest Stay.
 - Only Rooms Blocked for Today
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays only the rooms that have a Guest Stay record with Reserved (Reserved or, Pre-Reg) and the Arrival Date is same as the Hotel Date.
 - Only VIPs
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays only the guest records that are categorized as VIPs on the guest stay record.
 - Include Preferences
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the preference information as provided in the Guest Stay. The report displays the Preference Description, Descriptor and Descriptor Details.
 - Include Rate Plan
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the rate plan of the guest stay.
 - Include Housekeeping Notes
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the Notes provide in the Reservation Notes field on the Guest Stay record view
 - Include Reservation Notes
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the reservation notes provided in the Guest Stay record.
 - Group By Building
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report
								includes information related to building, wing and floor. The report
								is grouped by the building code and includes the associated
								Reservation data.Note:
- The report is categorized based on the building defined at the Room Type level.
 - If the rooms have no building assigned, ‘No Building’ text is displayed in the report.
 
 
 - Sort the report by waitlist priority, confirmation number, or arrival date.
 - Select the Date in the Date Range section to view the information of tasks performed by the housekeeper in that duration.
 - Click Print.
