Automatic generation of Tourism Extract for room – Bahrain

Using the Additional End of Day process, the hotels can generate the room extract for each day. As per legal requirement this extract is sent to the government.

This extract includes data of the guest stays for the current date and revenue postings of the accounts and the total number of invoices that are issued to the guests who have checked out on that day. . The extract includes data of guests if the status of reservation is set to In-House and Check-out.

The extract includes these four sections:
  • Revenue by Transaction Codes with Transaction Department
  • Room and non-guest account revenues
  • Future guest stays -Displays data for the upcoming 90 days.
  • Total Checks

The property extract file is stored in the .CSV format. The application generates the file name in this format: infor__Property Alias__room__yyyymmddhhmmss.csv

Example: infor__MMPRP__room__20190927235930.csv

Note: The file name includes Property Code if Property Alias is empty on the Property Configuration screen.
