This report lists all inventoried non-room items that must be delivered to, or removed from a room for the specified date range.
The report includes a section for each inventoried non-room item which includes the non-room item code and description, department, then numbers for deliveries, removals, stay thru, in place turn, impacted, in stock room, inventory, and overbooked. The report then includes a sub-section of the guest stays under each non-room item which includes the room number, guest name, confirmation number, VIP status, rewards ID, action (delivery or removal), stay date type (arrival, departure, or stay thru), room turn over and in place turnover information. The report is grouped by non-room item code, then by date. The guest stay section is grouped by room number.
You can filter the report by property, non-room items, and department.
The following are some of the important points to be noted:
- The report shows only non-room items that are inventoried.
- Deliveries are non-room item that need to be delivered to a room, based on the start date of the non-room item.
- If there is a different guest staying in the room the night before, the item is for a Room Turn. The hotel must wait for the guest to check-out before they can deliver the item. For a Removal, if there is a guest arriving for the room that day, the item is for a Room Turn. The hotel must remove the item before the next guest arrives.
- If there is a Delivery and Removal of non-room items from the same room on the same date it is an In Place Turn/In Place Turn Over.
- The report includes guest stay records that have a non-room item that is inventoried that is included in the specified date range. The non-room item is shown for a date, if there are inventory records for that date.
- If there are share accounts the information is derived from the share master/primary share.
- This report applies the VVIP functionality.
