Adding a preference to a brand code

Use the Preferences tab to add guest preference codes that have been configured with preference type asBrand to a brand code, then optionally associate descriptors to the preference.

  1. Select Administration > Configuration > Brand Configuration.
  2. Select the brand code, then click the Preferences tab.
  3. In the Brand Preference Details section select a brand preference and optionally select a department, then click OK.
  4. You can optionally associate descriptors by highlighting the preference code, then clicking the Actions button and selecting Associate Descriptors. The Associate Descriptors pop-up will display allowing you to select from the descriptors that are configured on the Guest Preference code, then click Submit to save your selections.
