Preference Report

This report lists all guest stay records in reserve and in-house status that have preferences over the specified date range.

You can filter the report by preference code and department. You can optionally include in-house, checked out, no show, and waitlist statuses. You can sort the report by account, name, room, or department.

The report displays a subtotal of the individual preferences along with the total of the preferences for the Preference code, specified in the report.

For example, preferences such as newspaper delivery, cot requirement, breakfast specifications, specified by the guests.

This report is grouped by guest stay status.

The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
