Obtaining incremental credit card authorization

Use the Incremental Credit Card Authorization screen to obtain incremental authorization from the credit card processor for in house guests that do not have sufficient authorization to cover the anticipated amount of their guest stay. In house guests may be due to check out, or stay overs.

Note: Optionally, this process can be added to the end of day procedure.
  1. Select Administration > Daily Processing > Incremental Credit Card Authorization.
  2. Specify the information that you require.
  3. Click Submit.
