Configuring Experience – Guest portal

  1. Select Administration > Property > Online Guest Experience Configuration. The Online Guest Experience Configuration screen is displayed.
  2. Click the Online Guest Portal Configuration tab.
  3. Specify this information in the Guest Portal Links section:
    Description
    The text to describe the portal link.
    Title
    The title of the add-on displayed on the Experience screen.
    Note
    The short description of the add-on.
    Button Text
    The label of the option.
    Navigate to URLs
    The URL to be accessed when the card is selected on the Call Center Experiences screen.
    CRS Category
    The category in which the add-on must be included.
  4. Click Save.
