Configuring Experience – Guest portal

				Select . The Online Guest Experience Configuration
					screen is displayed.

				Click the Online Guest Portal
						Configuration tab.

				Specify this information in the Guest Portal

							- Description
 
							- The text to describe the portal link.
 
						
						
							- Title
 
							- The title of the add-on displayed on the
									Experience screen.
 
						
						
							- Note
 
							- The short description of the add-on.
 
						
						
							- Button Text
 
							- The label of the option.
 
						
						
							- Navigate to URLs
 
							- The URL to be accessed when the card is selected on the
									Call Center Experiences
								screen.
 
						
						
							- CRS Category
 
							- The category in which the add-on must be
								included.

				Click Save.
