Generating Housekeeping Room Status Summary Report

To generate the report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Housekeeping > Housekeeping Room Status Summary Report.
  2. Specify this information, in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property to view the records of the booking agency.
    Building
    The building code assigned to the room based on which the report only includes the rooms that are matched.
    Floor
    The floor code assigned to the room based on which the report only includes the rooms that are matched.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Section
    The section code configured to the room based on which the report only includes the rooms that are matched.
    Wing
    The wing code configured to the room based on which the report only includes the rooms that are matched.
    Housekeeping Status
    The housekeeping status code such as manual room hold, occupied, out of service or vacant.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Room status
    The status code of the room such as clean, dirty, inspect, turn down or pick.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Front Desk Status
    The code of the front desk status for the room.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Room Type Category/ Room Type
    The room type category/room type assigned to the guest based on which the report includes the matched rooms with the same configuration.
  3. Specify this information, in the Report Options section:
    Include Suite Rooms
    If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the rooms configured as a Suite in the Guest Stay.
    Only Rooms Blocked for Today
    If this checkbox is selected, the report displays only the rooms that have a Guest Stay record with Reserved (Reserved or, Pre-Reg) and the Arrival Date is same as the Hotel Date.
    Group By Building
    If this checkbox is selected, the report includes information related to building, wing and floor. The report is grouped by the building code and includes the associated Reservation data.
    Note: 
    • The report is categorized based on the building defined at the Room Type level.
    • If the rooms have no building assigned, ‘No Building’ text is displayed in the report.
    Page Break by Floor
    Select this check box to insert a page break between the rooms that are grouped by Floor.
    Include Next Arriving Guest
    Select this check box to include the guest record when the Arrival date of the guest is same as the Hotel date.
    Show Only DND
    Select this check box to include only the DND (do not disturb) rooms.
    Show Only Priority Clean
    Select this check box to include priority clean rooms.
  4. Select the sort options in the Sort By section. You can sort the report by room type category, or room type.
  5. Click Print Record.
