Generating the Room Occupier Tracking Report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Room Occupier Tracking Report. The Room Occupier Tracking Report screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The code of the property for which the tracking report is generated. The application defaults this value.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Rooms
    The room number to track the guest who occupied it.
    Note: You can select multiple Rooms.
    Room Types
    The code of the Room Type. The rooms linked to the selected room types are tracked.
    Note: You can select multiple Room Types.
    Output Format
    The output format of the report. By default, the value is set to PDF.
    Note: You can modify this value.
  3. Specify this information in the Report Options section:
    Include Additional Guests
    Select this check box to include the details of the additional guest associated with the Guest Stay in the report.
    Include Non-Primary Share Guests
    Select this check box to include the details of the non-primary share guests who are associated with the primary share guest.
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: 
    • By default, the value is set to the Hotel Date.
    • The guest details are included if any one of these dates (Arrival Date, Move In date, Move Out, Departure Date) of the reservation is the same or within the specified date range.
  5. Click Print Record.
