A/R Recurring charges

The A/R automatic recurring charges functionality enables the user to charge an A/R account based on the configured schedule. This functionality can be used to settle periodic charges such as membership fee. The End of the Day process posts these charges based on the configuration for each account. This configuration includes:

• The Charge to post
• Frequency
• Amount

This functionality includes these processes:

• Creating a recurring charge template.
• Applying a template to one or more accounts.
• Selecting the template for a new property A/R account.
• Adding a recurring charge, manually.
• Adding recurring charges using a template.
• Editing a recurring charge.
• Deleting a recurring charge.
• Posting recurring charges for an account.

The additional End of the Day job is added to the EOD list. This posts the recurring charges to all the accounts with due charges, when the EOD is updated.
