Creating a group reservation using call center screen
- 
				Open Call Center landing page.
				Note: You must define the group booking using HMS Group Booking screen before creating a reservation.
 - 
				Select the group booking in the Group field for the reservation.
				Note:
- By default, the properties for the group are populated in the Properties and the respective Property cards are displayed on the landing page.
 - You can click View Details to open the Group Booking screen.
 
 - 
				Select the guest stay date in the Dates field.
				Note:
- Minimum one of the stay dates must overlap with the group booking dates.
 - By default, the application displays the dates of the selected group booking.
 
 - 
				Click Rate Details to select the
					rate associated with the selected group.
				Note: The application applies the Auto Transfer Rule to the reservation if ATR is associated with the selected group booking.
 - Click Update Stay.
 - Click Complete to proceed with reservation process. The first screen in the Navigation pane is displayed.
 - 
				Specify the required details on the Guarantee
						& Deposit, Preferences, Note,
						Experiences, or Associate Guests tabs of the Navigation pane.
				Note: The application defaults the group booking details defined on the Group Booking screen.
 - Click Wrap Up to confirm the booking.
 - Click Submit to reserve the booking and retrieve the confirmation number.
 - Click End to complete the call.
