The Stay 360 icons
You can perform these actions using the tiles as described:

Displays the reservation related details of the guest. The reservation
details: Rate Plan: The rate plan associated with the guest stay. Meal Plan: The meal plan
selected by the guest. Note:
The meal plan indicator is displayed, if multiple meal plans are specified on the Guest Stay screen. Non-Room Bundle: The group of the
non-room items selected by the guest during the stay. The non-room
item includes meal plans, chargeable specials, or package
items. Note:
The non-room bundle indicator is displayed, if multiple non room bundles are specified on the Guest Stay screen. F&B Discount: The food and beverage discount linked to the guest stay. |
You can review the description of the F&B discount when you rest your pointer on the F&B discount icon. You can view the pin number of the room for the Guest Stay, which is generated by the key generation system. |

Displays the details of the amenities with Active status that are associated with the reservation. | Click the icon to view the Amenities related information. For more information, see Adding Amenities to Guest Stay | |
Displays the guest information linked to the reservation. The guest information includes: Card Number: The card number provided while creating a guest stay record. Loyalty Level: The Loyalty Level specified for the guest in the Guest Stay form. Guest Image: The guest image associated with the guest profile is defaulted in this section of the screen. The guest image is uploaded on the Guest Profile screen using the option. Guest Opt-in: This check box is selected to indicate the guest consent. Auto Email Folio: Indicates that the folio is automatically emailed to the guest after the check-out. |

Displays the external confirmation details linked to the reservation. | Click the icon to view the Guest Stay screen. For more information, see Guest Stay. | |
Displays the summary of past stays and revenue information linked to the guest profile. |

The details related to the source of business such as channel, market segment, booking agency linked to the guest reservation are displayed. |

The coupons issued to the guests and additional guests for a hotel reservation are displayed. This tile supports the VVIP functionality. | Click the icon to view the Coupons screen. For

The tax invoice related details are displayed. | Click the icon to view the Tax
Invoicing tab of the Guest
Stay screen. You can click the (Print) icon to display the Print/E-mail Tax Invoice window and print the
selected invoice(s). The Tax
Invoice field must be specified to print the
selected invoice(s). The property parameter SIGNATURECAPTUREINVOICE
must not be selected. Note: If property parameter SIGNATURECAPTUREINVOICE is selected the
Signature Capture
window is displayed.
You can click the (email) icon to display the Print/E-mail Tax Invoice window and email the selected invoice(s) to the specified email address. The Tax Invoice and E-mail Address fields must be specified to send the selected invoice(s). |

The add-on to the reservation are displayed. | Click the icon to view the Add-Ons screen. For more information, see Adding add-ons to the guest stay Click the Item Code to view the details of the add-ons (Non-Room Bundle or Meal Plan). |

The auto transfer related details are displayed. | Click the icon to view the Auto Transfer tab of the Guest Stay screen. For more information, see Creating auto transfers. | |
The additional guests linked to the reservation are displayed. You can view the additional guest information: Player Number: The player identification number assigned by the integrated casino management system. Player Rank: The player rank code. If the property parameter CMSINTG is selected, the Casino Management System (CMS) integration is enabled. The player rank code determines the notes quoted by Casino Management System (CMS). Arrival Date/ Departure Date: The arrival and departure dates of the additional guest. The Passport Number is masked if the value of the property parameter MASKPASSPORTIDNUMBER is set to ID. |

The shares related to the reservation are displayed. | Click the icon to view the Share tab of the Guest Stay screen. For more information, see Removing a guest from a share. | |
The associated reservation name linked to the
reservation are displayed. This includes the arrival, departure, room
and status details of the associated reservation: Associated Reservation Name: The name of the guest, who is the associated reservation coordinator. Confirmation Number: A unique number generated for the confirmed reservation. |

Guest Stay screen. For more
information, see Associated Reservations Select the confirmation number to default the guest stay details on the Stay 360 screen. The associated reservation tile data is also updated. Note:
This option is disabled if the property parameter VVIP is selected. |
