Generating the Lease Debtors Reconciliation Report

To view this report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Lease > Lease Debtors Reconciliation Report.
  2. Specify the Property, and the Output Format in which the report is generated.
  3. Select the Include Guest Details check box to include the guest details in the report.
    Note: If the Report Date is specified, the report displays the guests and the balances for the date.
  4. You can also sort the report based on the filtering options in the Sort By tab.
  5. Click Print.
