Updating reservation using the Recent Reservations widget

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click the record to update the reservation.
    Note: 
    • The application starts the call automatically.
    • The first screen in the Navigation menu is displayed for the Reserved reservations. And the Shared or Do Not Move option is not selected for the reservation.
    • The Wrap Up screen is displayed for the Cancelled or Waitlist reservations.
  3. Specify the required information on the Guarantee & Deposit, Preferences, Associated Reservation, Notes and Guest Details tab.
  4. Click Wrap Up to save the changes on the Wrap Up screen.
  5. Click End to discard the changes and complete the call.
    Note: You cannot modify the reservations with the status, Reserved if reservation is a Sharewith or Lease, In-house or Checked Out.
