Updating reservation using the Recent Reservations widget
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.

Click the record to update the reservation.
Note:
- The application starts the call automatically.
- The first screen in the Navigation menu is displayed for the Reserved reservations. And the Shared or Do Not Move option is not selected for the reservation.
- The Wrap Up screen is displayed for the Cancelled or Waitlist reservations.
- Specify the required information on the Guarantee & Deposit, Preferences, Associated Reservation, Notes and Guest Details tab.
- Click Wrap Up to save the changes on the Wrap Up screen.

Click End to discard the changes
and complete the call.
Note: You cannot modify the reservations with the status, Reserved if reservation is a Sharewith or Lease, In-house or Checked Out.
