Generating the Meal Plan Report
- Select Administration > Reports > Forecast and Availability > Meal Plan Report. The Meal Plan Report is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Property
- The code of the property for which the report is generated. The application
defaults this value.Note: You can modify this value.
- Status
- The status of the guest stay records which are to be included in the report.Note: You can select multipleStatus.

Set the check boxes in the Report Options section:
- Show Summary
- Select this check box to display the combined total of meal plans for a day.
- Include Guest Profile Meal Plans
- Select this check box to include meal plans from the guest profile records.
- Show Child Categories
- Select this check box to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and meal plan count for the child category.
- Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
- Click Print Report.
