Generating the Kenya Catering Levy Extract

Select Administration > Extract > Kenya Catering Levy Extract. The Kenya Catering Levy Extract screen is displayed.

Specify this information in the Extract Details section:

Property: The code of the property for which the extract is generated.
Note: By default, the value is set to the current session of the user.
Start Date: The date from which the extract is generated.
Note: By default, the value is set to the first day of the previous month.
End Date: The date up to which the extract is generated.
Note: By default, the value is set to the last day of the previous month.

Click Create Extract. The confirmation message is displayed.

Click Yes to generate the extract.

Note: The file is overwritten if the extract is generated for the same date.
