Managing the guest keys

  1. Select Administration > Property > Rooms > Manage Guest Keys. The Manage Guest Keys window is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Guest
    The guest for which the keys are assigned. The application defaults this value.
    Last Name
    The last name of the guest. The application defaults this value.
    First Name
    The first name of the guest. The application defaults this value.
    Room Number
    The room number for which the keys are assigned. The application defaults this value.
    Email Address
    The email address of the guest. The application defaults this value.
    Key User ID
    The Key User ID of the guest for a room. The application defaults this value.
    PIN Expiration Date
    The expiration date of the PIN assigned to the room. The application defaults this value.
    Create Pin
    If this check box is selected, a new unique PIN is created.
  3. Specify this information in the Access Details section:
    Access Group Name
    The name of the access group. The application defaults this value.
    Access Group ID
    The group ID assigned to an access group. The application defaults this value.
    Check-In Date Time
    The check-in date and time of the guest. The application defaults this value.
    Check-Out Date Time
    The check-out date and time of the guest. The application defaults this value.
  4. Select the Add Locks icon on the Accessible Locks section to add the door locks to the room. The door lock details such as Lock ID, Lock Name and the Room Number configured for the group are displayed.
  5. Click Submit.
