Generating Waitlist Report
To generate the report:
- Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Waitlist Report.
- Specify the Property for which the report is generated; in the Report Parameters section.

Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
- Maximum Priority
- The reservation waitlist priority value based on which the report displays the records which are same or less than this field.
- VIP
- The VIP level code.
- Rewards Program
- The internal or external rewards programs that enable guests to earn points, miles, and membership benefits based on the customer loyalty.
- Loyalty Membership Level
- The loyalty level associated with the guest.

Specify the type of data that must be printed in the report in the Report
Options section:
- Show Package Rates
- If this check-box is selected, the report displays all the room amounts where the rate is a part of a package.
- Include Loyalty Membership Level
- If this checkbox is selected the report displays the details of the loyalty level related to the guests as provided in the Guest Stay record.
- Specify the method to sort the records in the Sort By section.
- Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range field.
- Click Print Record.
