Using the confirmation screen

Select Call Center from the menu. The Call
Center screen is displayed.

Create a new reservation.
Note:
- You can also click the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations
widget.
- You cannot edit a reservation with Waitlist status. However, you can
cancel the reservation on the Confirmation
screen.

3. Click Wrap Up in the shopping
cart. The Wrap Up screen is displayed.

Select Submit to confirm the
reservation details. The reservation is saved, and the Confirmation screen is
displayed.

Click New Reservation to create
another reservation without completing the call. The landing page is displayed.

Click Copy Reservation to replicate
the existing reservation data. After confirmation, theRate
Shopping screen is displayed.
Note:
- The details such as guest information, property, stay dates and rate
plan, and the credit card token of the original reservation are
copied. You can modify the property.
- When copying a reservation with Arrival Date prior to the current date, the current
date is defaulted as the Arrival
Date and the number of nights is retained.

Click End to complete the
call.
