Un-Invoiced Lease Period Report Overview

You can use this report to view the lease period or the upgrade period, for a guest stay, which is yet to be invoiced for a specified date range.

The report includes the lease details, room data, and A/R account related information.

Note:

If a guest's room is upgraded, the report displays the upgraded lease records.
During the report period if:
- The guests share a room, the report displays the lease period as a single record with only with the guest who arrived first.
- Several guest stays are linked to the lease, the report displays the lease period as a single record with only with the guest who arrived first.
The report is grouped by Account Name, Account Type, Lease Category, Lease Number, Lease Room and Reservation Status.
