Enrolling a player

Use the Player Enrollment and Update window to specify player profile information and send the information to the partner player tracking system to enroll or update a player profile. You can also scan and capture driver’s license information.

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay.
  2. Alternatively, select Front Desk > Guest Stay > Guest Details.
  3. Select an existing player reservation.
  4. Click Enroll Player. The Player Enrollment and Update window is displayed. The guest values are defaulted from the Guest Stay screen.
    Note: If a guest profile ID exists for the reservation, the values are defaulted from the Guest Profile screen.
  5. Specify this information:
    Profile Id
    The profile ID of the guest.
    Player Number
    The number associated to the player.
    Player Card Number
    The player identification number as assigned by an integrated casino management system.
    Rank
    The rank of the guest. This field is used by US Military only.
    Last Name
    The last name of the guest.
    First Name
    The first name of the guest.
    Middle Name
    The middle name of the guest.
    Title
    The title of the guest.
    Birth Date
    The birth date of the guest.
    Driver’s License Number
    The drivers license number of the guest.
    Note: 
    • You can place the driver's license into the scanner and click Scan to scan the license
    • This field becomes mandatory only if the REQFIELDSTOENROLLPLAYER property parameter is set to ID.
    Issued Date
    The date on which the driver license of the guest is issued.
    Expiration Date
    The date on which the driver license of the guest is expired.
    Driver’s License Country
    The country where the driver licence is issued.
    Driver’s License State / Province
    The state or province where the driver license is issued .
    Address Type
    The type of the address. Possible values:
    • Billing Address
    • Business
    • Company
    • Home
    Address Preferred
    If this check box is selected the specified address is preferred.
    Address
    The address of the guest.
    Note: This field becomes mandatory only if the REQFIELDSTOENROLLPLAYER property parameter is set to ADDRESS.
    Country
    The country of the quest.
    City
    The city of the guest.
    State / Province
    The state or province of the guest.
    Postal Code
    The postal code of the guest.
    E-mail Type
    The type of the E-mail. Possible values:
    • Alternate
    • Primary
    Email Preferred
    If this check box is selected the specified email address is preferred.
    E-mail Address
    The email address of the guest
    Note: This field becomes mandatory only if the property parameter REQFIELDSTOENROLLPLAYER is set to EMAIL.
    Phone Type
    The type of the phone. Possible values:
    • Daytime Phone Number
    • Evening Phone Number
    • Fax Number
    Phone Preferred
    If this check box is selected the specified phone number is preferred.
    Phone Number
    The phone number of the guest.
    Note: This field becomes mandatory only if the REQFIELDSTOENROLLPLAYER property parameter is set to PHONE.
  6. Click Submit to enroll the player.
