Configuring the Virtual Building

To configure the virtual building:

  1. Select Administration > Property > Property Configuration.
  2. Select a property on the Record View tab.
  3. Click the Building tab.
  4. Specify this information in the Building Details section:
    Building
    The building code type based on which the Property and Building details are displayed.
    Virtual Property Code
    A unique code and description of the Partner Hotel.
    Tax Status
    The status of the tax applicable for the Partner Hotel.
    Time Zone
    The time zone of the Partner Hotel.
    Earliest Check-In Time
    The earliest check-in time that is applicable for the Partner Hotel.
    Latest Check-Out Time
    The latest check-out time that is applicable for the Partner Hotel.
    Property Email
    The email address of the Partner Hotel.
    Reservation Email
    The email address of the department responsible for the reservation.
    Building Method of Acquisition
    The code of the method used to acquire a building. The codes are defined on the Global Codes screen.
    Status
    The status of the Partner Hotel.
    Note: 

    Based on the selected property, the values in the fields such as, Address, Country, and City are populated.

  5. Click Save.
    Note: 

    You must be an operational manager or have permission to configure the Partner Hotel.
