Generating the accommodation statistics extract for Sweden

Select Administration > Extracts > Sweden Accommodation Statistics Extract. The Sweden Accommodation Statistics Extract screen is displayed.

Specify this information:

Start Date: The date from which the information is included in the file.
Note: By default, the first day of the current month is displayed.
End Date: The date up to which the records are included in the report.
Note: By default, the Hotel date is displayed.

Click Create Extract. The confirmation message is displayed.

Click Yes to generate the file.

Click Clear to exit.

Note: The existing file is overwritten when an extract file is generated for the same date.
