Enabling a call center parameter
- Select Administration > Call Center Setup > Call Center Parameters. The Call Center Parameters screen is displayed.
 - Select the parameter in the dataspy. The details are displayed on the Record View tab.
 - 
				Review this information:
				
- Parameter Code
 - The unique code of the call center parameter.
 - Description
 - The text to describe the usage of the parameter.
 - Parameter Type
 - The type of parameter.
 
 - 
				Specify a valid value in the Parameter
						Value field. This field is displayed based on the selected
					parameter type. Parameter Types:
				
- Text Parameter: The text field is used to specify text value.
 - Numeric Parameter: The field is used to specify a numeric value.
 - Flag Parameter: The check box is displayed to enable the parameter.
 
Note: The application selects the Is Default Value check box when the default value is specified for the parameter. - Click Save.
