Removing notes from the reservation

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing Page
    Note: Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
  3. Select Notes in the Navigation pane. The Notes screen is displayed.
  4. Select Note in the Guest Record grid.
  5. Click Delete. The note is removed from the grid.
    Note: When the Note is from guest profile, the Note is deleted only for the current reservation. You can not delete the Note from the source.
