Generating the item delivery by room – detail report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Item Delivery by Room – Detail.The Item Delivery by Room – Detail screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Confirmation Number
    The confirmation number of the guest stay record.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Guest Status
    The reservation status of the guests.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Room
    The room number for which the report is generated.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Room Status
    The status of the room.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Housekeeper Name
    The name and code of the employee from the Housekeeping department.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Group
    The confirmation number of the group booking.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Preference
    The code of preference.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Internal Action Message Status
    The status of the message associated with the guests.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Amenity Item
    The amenity item associated with the guest stay record.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Notification Department
    The code of the notification department. The report includes the records when the code of the notification department in the Amenity Item is the same as the code in the Guest Stay record.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Delivery Department
    The code of the delivery department. The report includes the records when the code of the delivery department in the Amenity Item is the same as the code in the Guest Stay record.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Retrieval Department
    The code of the retrieval department. The report includes the records when the code of the retrieval department in the Amenity Item is the same as the code in the Guest Stay record.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Add-ons Department
    The code of the Add-ons department.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Preference Department
    The code of the Preference department.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Internal Action Request Department
    The code of the message department.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Add-Ons Item
    The code of the Add-On items.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Add-Ons Item Type
    The coed of the item type. The report does not include the records if the items are not configured for the selected item type.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
  3. Set the parameters in the Report Options section:
    Include Amenities Delivered
    Select this check box to include records only when the Amenities Delivered check box is selected for the guest stay.
    Note: By default, this check box is selected.
    Include Amenities Not Delivered
    Select this check box to include records only when the Amenities Delivered check box is not selected for the guest stay.
    Note: 
    • By default, this check box is selected.
    • You must select the Include Amenities Delivered or Include Amenities Not Delivered check box to view the Amenities section in the report.
    Show Guest Add-Ons Section
    Select this check box to include the Add-ons section in the report.
    Note: By default, this check box is selected.
    Show Preference Section
    Select this check box to include the Preference section in the report.
    Note: 
    • By default, this check box is selected.
    • The report includes guest stay records based on the value specified in the Preference field.
    Show Internal Action Request Section
    Select this check box to include the Internal Action Request section in the report.
    Note: By default, this check box is selected.
    Include Package Item
    Select this check box to include guest stay records with Items that are configured as a Non-Room Bundle or Meal Plan that are added to Package Rates.
    Only Show Preference with Amenities or Add-Ons
    Select this check box to include guest stay records with preferences along with amenities or add-ons based on the value specified in the Preferences field.
    Show Item with Frequency Once on Start Date
    Select this check box to include items of the Add-Ons when the Item start date is equal to the Report date.
    Group by Housekeeper
    Select this check box to group the rooms based on the name of the housekeeping employee.
    Include Amenity Note
    Select this check box to include the note associated with the amenity item.
    Include Guest Add-Ons Comment
    Select this check box to include the additional information given of the Add-on items.
    Include Preference Descriptor Detail
    Select this check box to include the description of the preference.
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: By default, the current hotel date is displayed.
  5. Click Print Record.
    Note: You can sort the records based on the Guest Name and Room Number by selecting the option in the Sort By section.
