Updating the EOD status
- Select Administration > EOD Status Update. The EOD Status Update screen is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- EOD Element
- The element of the EOD Process. Available options:
- Job – the EOD process
- Job Step – the step within the EOD process (Job)
- Job Step Item – the processing item within the Job Step
- Run ID
- The Run ID of the Job Step.
- Step ID
- The Step ID of the Job Step.Note: You can specify a value in this field only if the EOD Element field is set to Job Step.
- Item ID
- The Item ID of the Job Step Item.Note: You can specify a value in this field only if the EOD Element field is set to Job Step Item.
- Closing Date
- The date (past date) on which the EOD process was
executed.Note: You must specify this value if the EOD Element field is set to Job.
- Status
- The status to which the EOD is updated.Note:
- If the EOD Element field is set to Job or Job Step, you
can set the Status to:
- C (Complete)
- CR (Currently Running)
- CWE (Complete with Error)
- F (Failed)
- WTS (Waiting to Start)
- If the EOD Element field is set to Job Stem Item, the
you can set the Status to:
- S (Success)
- U
- W (Waiting to start)
- F (Failed)
- If the EOD Element field is set to Job or Job Step, you
can set the Status to:
- Support Ticket
- The reference ID of the support ticket raised by the customer.
- Click Update Status.
