Defining user

  1. Select Administration > Security > User Groups.The Record View tab on the User Groups screen is displayed.
  2. Specify the details of the user group such as name and description.
  3. Select Administration > Security > Property List. The Record View tab on the Property List screen is displayed.
  4. Click Associated Properties to select and create the list of properties for call center user.
    Note: 
    • The user can access only the properties included in the list on the Call Center screen.
    • The list of properties is displayed on the Landing page of the Call Center screen.
  5. Select Administration > Security > Users. The Record View tab on the Users screen is displayed.
  6. Select Property List in the Call Center Options section to link the list of properties to the call center user. The properties are displayed on the Landing page on the Call Center screen.
