Generating the rate plan list report

Use the Rate Plan List screen to view the list of rate plans that are configured for the selected property along with the associated market segment. The report enables you to view the data configured for a specific property, which is required during the initial installation of the application and for the rate maintenance.

To generate this report:

  1. Go to Administration > Reports > Accounting > Rate Plan > Rate Plan List Report .
  2. Select this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property for which the report is generated. This value is defaulted.
    Rate Plan
    The rate plan code. The report includes all the reservations for the selected rate plan.
    Market Segment
    The market segment code. The report includes all the reservations for the selected market segments.
    Note: You can select multiple market segments.
    Rate Type
    The type of rate plan. The report includes the reservation data with the rate plan codes configured for the selected rate type.
    Rate Duration
    The duration of the rate plan. The report includes the reservation data with the selected rate plan duration. The possible values are:
    • Continuous Duration
    • Limited Duration
    Note: The selected rate plan duration must be the same as the duration configured for the rate plan code.
  3. Use the Include Active Status check box to include the reservation data with the rate plan code status set to Active.
  4. Use the Include Inactive Status check box to include the reservation data with the rate plan code status set to Inactive.
  5. Sort the report, in the Sort By section using these options:
    • Market Segment
    • Rate Plan
