Editing the guest details

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing Page.
    Note: 
    • Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
    • You can also modify the current reservation record created using Call Center screen.
  3. Select the Guest Details in the Navigation pane. The Guest Details screen is displayed.
  4. Select the guest record in the grid and click Edit.
  5. Update the required data in the Guest and Arrival/Departure Information section.
  6. Click Apply.
