Viewing comp folio

Use the View Comp Folio lookup to view the charges that are comped for a guest stay. The grid displays the information of the comped transactions. The grid includes details related to the Comp Folio, such as, Comp Date, Folio, Amount, POS Check Number, Offer and Player.

Note: For a reservation with multiple players, the player with the comp offer is identified based on the values in the Player Number field and Player Name field.

To view the comp folio:

Select Front Desk > Guest Stay > Folio > Actions (Folio) > View Comp Folio.
