Configuring Experience – Non Room Item
- Select Rate and Sales > Pricing > Non Room Item. The Record View tab on the Non Room Item screen is displayed.
 - Specify this information:
- Item
 - The name and short description of the non-room item. Note: The item must be active, to be included on the Call Center Experiences screen.
 - Additional Description
 - The text to describe the item in detail.
 - Category
 - The category in which the item is classified. For example,
								Food & Beverages.Note: You must be selected to display the item in Call Center.
 
Note: You can click the Image icon to add the image of non-room item. - 
				Specify this information in the Non Room
						Details section:
				
- Price
 - The cost of the item that is charged to the guest.
 - Transaction Type
 - The mode of transaction used to transact the amount.
								Possible values:
- Transaction Code
 - Transaction Group
 
 - Available as Add-On
 - Select this check box to identify the item as an Add-on
									item.Note: You must select this check box to display the item in Call Center.
 
 - 
				Specify this information in the Add-On
						Details section:
				
- Posting Frequency
 - The posting frequency for the non-room item. Possible
									values:
- Each Day: The fixed charge of the non-room item which is posted every day.
 - Once: The fixed charge of the non-room item which is posted only once.
 - Floating: The variable charge of the non-room item which is posted based on the consumption and the revenue is generated date wise.
 
 - Pricing Control
 - The option to determine the cost of the item. Possible
									values:
- Per Adult
 - Per Child
 - Per Person
 - Per Room
 
Note: The Call Center ignores the Allow Override of Unit Price check box. 
 - Click Save.
 - Review the details of the Non Room Item on the Food & Beverage tab of the Experiences page on the Call Center screen.
