Generating Housekeeping Assignment Report
To generate this report:
- Select Administration > Reports > Housekeeping > Housekeeping Assignment Report.
 - 
				Specify this information in the Report Parameter section: 
				
- Property
 - The property code for which the report is
								generated. This value is defaulted with the session property. Note: You can select and modify multiple property codes.
 - Housekeeper Name
 - The name of the housekeeper. The details of this housekeeper are included in the report.
 - Message
 - The general text message applicable to the respective housekeeping assignments. This message is printed on the same line as the Hotel Date field label in the report.
 
 - 
				Review this information in the Report Options section: 
				
- Include In-House/ Departing Guest Name
 - If this check box is selected, the name of guests who have checked-out or in-house on the specified report date is displayed.
 - Include Arriving Guest Name
 - If this check box is selected, the report displays the arriving guest (name) for the same date who is assigned to that room.
 - Include Housekeeping Notes
 - If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the Notes provide in the Reservation Notes field on the Guest Stay record view.
 - Include Player Rank
 - If this checkbox is selected, the player rank classification of the guest is included in the report.
 
 - Select the Date in the Date Range section to view the information of tasks performed by the housekeeper in that duration.
 - Click Print. The report displays the list of actions Housekeeper employees perform in a day.
