Creating guest stay reservation using Call Center screen

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click Start. The landing page is displayed.
  3. Select the properties.
  4. Click View Rates. The Rate Shopping screen is displayed.
  5. Select the rates for the guest stay dates in the Rate Plan grid.
    Note: You can also use these options:
    • Selling Notes: Allows you to view features and polies of the property.
    • Room Details: Allows you to select room number for the guest stay.
    • Property Information: Allows you to view details of the property.
  6. Click Update Stay to view the estimate of the stay in the Stay Summary section.
  7. Click Complete. The first screen in the Navigation pane is displayed.
