Configuring Activity Booking Traces
Use the Activity Booking Traces screen to create and view activity trace.
- 
				Select Front Desk > Guest Stay > Activities > Activity Booking List.
				Note: You can also access this page by selecting Profiles > Guest Profiles > Activities > Activity Booking List
 - Select the activity record.
 - Select Activity > Traces.
 - Click Add Record.
 - Specify this information:
				
- Topic
 - Specify and identifier for the trace.
 - Completion Required
 - If this check box is selected, the trace must be completed.Note: If the trace process is pending, this check box is protected.
 - Trace Status
 - Set the status of the trace to Active.
 - User
 - Specify the users who can complete the trace process.
 - Email Address
 - Specify the email address to which the trace must be delivered.
 - Use Guest Preferred Email
 - If this check box is selected, the guest's preferred email address is defaulted in the Email field. The trace is delivered to this email address.
 - Department
 - Select the department that must complete the trace process.
 - Trace Delivery Options
 - Specify the option based on which the trace
								is delivered: 
- Date: The trace is delivered on the date specified in the Delivery Date field on Activity Booking page.
 - Offset From: The trace is
										delivered based on the value of the Offset
											From field and the number of days specified
										in the Days field. The available values are:
- Days after Created Date: The Delivery Date is calculated by adding the value specified in the Created Date field to the value specified in the Days field.
 - Days After End Date: The Delivery Date is calculated by adding the value of the Offset from field to the value of the End Date field specified in the Days field.
 - Days After Start Date: The Delivery Date is calculated by adding the value of the Offset from field to the value of the Start Date field specified in the Days field.
 - Days Before End Date: The Delivery Date is calculated by subtracting the value of the Offset from field from the value of the End Date field specified in the Days field.
 - Days Before Start Date: The Delivery Date is calculated by subtracting the value of the Offset from field from the value of the Start Date field specified in the Days field.
 
 
 
 - Click Save.
 
The trace is created with status
			Pending. The application delivers the trace through an End of Day process. 
  Note: If the
				delivery date of the trace is on or before the Hotel Date, then the End of Day –
				prior to Date Roll, delivers the trace by the specified email.
