Parameter Description Type Default Values
RATESHOP Controls the options available for the users to select Rates and Room Types for different stay dates. Possible values:
  • SingleRate: Users can select a rate plan and a room type for the entire stay day.
  • MultipleRates: Users can select only one Room Type but different Rates for different stay dates.
  • MultipleRoomTypes: Users can select different Rates and Room Types for different stay dates.

RATESHOPWEEKEND Determines which days of the week can be highlighted on the Rateshop screen. Values representing days:
  • 1 = Monday
  • 2 = Tuesday
  • 3 = Wednesday
  • 4= Thursday
  • 5= Friday
  • 6 = Saturday
  • 7= Sunday
Note: The values are comma-separated.

EXTORGLOOKUP Determines the option used to search organizational profiles. Possible values:
  • External: Allows both internal and external search.
  • Force External: Allows search using the external system, only.

  • External: Allows internal and external search.
  • Force External: Allows search using the external system only.

EXTERNALCRMCONFIGURED Select this parameter to enable the searching of profiles using the external CRM system. Flag Unchecked
FORCEGUESTPROFILELOOKUP Determines the option used to search guest profiles before creating a new guest profile. Possible values:
  • External: Profiles are searched using an external CRM.
  • Internal: Profiles are searched within HMS Central.
  • Blank: Search is optional.
