Associating a reservation to a reservation

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed..
  2. Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing Page.
    Note: 
    • Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
    • The reservation status must be Reserved.
  3. Select Associated Reservation in the Navigation pane. The Associated Reservation screen is displayed.
  4. Click Associate to select an existing reservation.
    Note: 
    • You can specify Guest name, Confirmation number, External Confirmation number, Room or Loyalty number to search a record.
    • You can click Un-Associate to remove the record associated with the reservation.
  5. Select the record from the search result.
    Note: You can review the guest name in the Associated Reservations Coordinator field.
  6. Click Wrap Up.
  7. Click Submit. The selected records are associated with the current reservation record.
    Note: You can also click Copy Reservation on the Confirmation screen to create a reservation with the associated record.
