Viewing text messages on the Messages widget

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click the dropdown icon to view filter options. Available options:
    • Message Status: Filters the messages based on the current status of the message.
    • Departments: Filters the messages based on the department name associated with the message.
    • Properties: Filters messages of the selected property.
  3. Click the message record to view complete text message.
    Note: The messages are displayed based on the access rights provided to the user, for the property.
