Generating Coupon Report

This report is printed for a property to display the Individual Coupons or Coupon Pages.

To generate a report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Coupon Reports > Coupon History Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section to filter the report:
    Property
    The property for which the report is displayed.
    Individual Coupon
    The Coupon ID assigned to the guest. The report displays all the records with the selected Coupon ID.
    Coupon Page
    The Coupon Page ID created for the guests.
    Arrival Date
    The arrival date based on which the coupons assigned to matched guests reservations are printed.
    Arrival Date Guests
    The arrival date of the selected guest reservations who are assigned with coupons.
    Number Of Copies
    The code to represent a group confirmation.
  3. Sort the report by Printed Date/Time or User to display the columns in a sequence.
  4. Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range section.
  5. Click Print Record.
