Editing notes of the reservation
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
 - 
				Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing
					Page
				Note: Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
 - Select Notes in the Navigation pane. The Notes screen is displayed.
 - Select Note in the Guest Record grid.
 - Click Edit
 - Specify the required changes to the note texts.
 - Click Apply.
