Generating the Rental Schedule Detail Report

You can use this page to generate the Rental Schedule Detail Report. This report displays the lease details for a specified property and date range.

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Lease > Rental Schedule Detail Report.
  2. In the Report Parameters section specify the Property for which the report must be generated.
  3. Specify the required information such as Room Types, Lease Status, and Lease Room Status, based on which the report is generated.
    Note: You can specify one or more options for these fields.
  4. In the Report Options section, specify the type of data that must be printed in the report, based on the fields specified in the Report Parameters section.
    Include Lease Upgrade
    Select the Include Lease Upgrade check box, the corresponding lease upgrade details are displayed. The upgrade room numbers are not displayed.
    Group By Room Number
    Select the Group By Room Number check box to display the records grouped by the lease room number. The subtotal of each group amount is also displayed.
    Note: If a guest's room is upgraded, the upgraded room number is not considered during the grouping.
  5. In the Sort By section, specify the method that must be used to sort the records.
    • Room Type
    • Room Number
    • Start Date
    • Lease Name
    • Lease Number
  6. Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range field.
    Note: If the Lease Managed Shoulder Periods check box is selected on Lease Configuration page, by default the shoulder periods are considered as the lease dates.
  7. Click Print.
