Group guest list overview

Use the Group Guest List page to list information about the group and its guests. You can also include information about the group and guest auto transfer rules. The report also includes details such as total reservation, total number of rooms and guests for the specified group.

The following important points must be noted about this report:

• Property: Specify the property for which you want to print the group guest report.
• Group Confirmation: Specify the groups for which you want to print the group guest list. All reservations associated to the selected groups are included in the report.
• Date Range: Specify the start date and end date. The report includes reservations associated to the group where the Start Date is earlier than or same as the Guest Departure Date and the End Date is later than or same as the Arrival Date.
