This procedure is used to select the service order(s) to be reported. The customer site address in the service order header can also be changed using this procedure.
Other information included in the service order header can be changed in 'Service Order. Open' (SOS100) as described in procedure Enter Service Order Header.
When the header is reported, service assignments are normally reported against the service order using option 15 = Rep SO Asgmnt. This means 5 should always be specified in the panel sequence when reporting a service order header.
Before you begin, a service order must be entered with at least one service assignment which is not reported or completed. The assignment must have an assignment status lower than 60.
Follow the steps below to report a service order header.
Select 'Service Order. Report' (SOS650).
Specify panel sequence E5. This allows changing customer information regarding customer site address in the service order header and then reporting the service assignment.
Specify option 2 = Change for the service orders to be reported. If customer information in the service order header will not be changed, go to step 5.
Press F14 = Open to open the fields for customer number and address ID for the customer site address. Specify a new customer number or address ID for the service order.
Select the included service assignment(s) to be reported. For more information, see procedure Report Service Assignment. To report more service orders, go to step 2. Otherwise, return to the menu.
