Linked price list valid 2017-06-01 to 2017-11-30, 10% deduction on the base price.

Add the records in the base price list, but do not select to update the linked price list, or create the linked price list later.

Add the records in the base price list:

2017-01-01 to 2017-12-31, price 100.00.

2017-05-01 to 2017-06-30, price 80.00.

Now update (or create) the linked price list.

Outcome

Base price list valid 2017-01-01 to 2017-12-31:
