Define Rules for Leasing Agreement Header

This document explains how you adjust the settings for working with agreement headers.

These settings are used when:

You have overruled the information from the agreement order type which otherwise regulates the panel sequence and order type. You have also decided in which field the registration is to begin and if values should be confirmed by pressing Enter during agreement entry.

You can register all service agreement headers in the same way independently of the agreement order type. This is done in 'Leasing Agreement. Open' (LTS100).

Before you start

Basic data for leasing agreement must be entered.

Follow these steps

  1. Start 'Leasing Agreement. Open' (LTS100).

  2. Press F13 to proceed to the P panel.

Choose Between Adjusting or Creating a Leasing Agreement

  3. Choose one of following alternatives:

    • To define rules for entering service agreement headers, go to step 5.
    • To adjust an existing agreement, go to step 4.
  4. Type B in the 'Opening panel' field. Go to step 10 to specify the panel sequence.

  5. Type A in the 'Opening panel' field.

  6. Specify whether you want to confirm entries in (LTS100/A) in the 'Confirm with Enter' field.

  7. Choose whether the leasing agreement should be a quotation agreement or a normal agreement order in the 'Agreement order type' field.

  8. Specify the in the Line- and position field, the row and position that you want to cursor to be placed in every time you start (LTS100/A).

  9. Choose whether the Identity of the individual item is to be displayed together with the name of the rental object.

  10. Specify the panel sequence, which is to be proposed each time that you start (LTS100).

  11. Specify whether the agreement order type entered above should overrule the settings for the customer in 'Customer. Open' (CRS610).
