Enter Calculation Methods and Methods for Displaying Time
Enter the various methods for calculating times. Also enter how times are to be displayed and whether they should automatically be calculated.
Use 'Settings – Time and Attendance' (TMS950) for this purpose.
Define Employee Methods for Reporting Time Manually
Define the appearance of the (TMS001) panel as well as the functions that are to be accessible to employees when reporting times manually in (TMS001).
Also enter the fields for which employees can select predefined values from an existing list.
Use 'Settings – Manual Reporting' (TMS955) for this purpose.
Define User and User authorization
Define users and their authorization (such as authorization to approve and/or change calculated times).
Use 'User. Connect Authority' (CRS545) for this purpose.
Create ID for Alternative Accounting for Clocked Transactions
Create IDs in 'Reference Number for Accounting Dimension 2. Open' (TMS130) and connect them to cost centers.
