Add Documents to Service

This procedure should be used to add documents to a service definition.

The result will be any number of documents linked to a service definition.

Before the procedure can begin, the following prerequisites must be met:

Follow the steps below to link documents to service definitions.

  1. From 'Service. Open' (MOS300), highlight the service.

  2. Select Option 15='Doc References'. This program can also be called from 'Service. Connect Documents' (MOS303).

  3. Select sorting order 1 and Panel E.

  4. Enter the document code in Document ID.

  5. Press New, and Enter to save.
